Using broad academic and industry experience with intuition, education is evolved by
creating experiential journeys of personal and group discovery.
To develop courses, programs and workshops:
- Internal and external questions are identified to deeply understand the learning needs of the target demographic.
- Then diverse qualitative, quantitative, and intuitive research strategies are used to unearth the meaningful, and often surprising, answers to those questions.
- Those insights are merged with broad experience in cutting-edge pedagogy, for-credit and non-credit curriculum design, on-line learning, and deep strategies in conscious relating including Theory U, Art of Hosting, and Deep Democracy to co-design a pilot to get the metrics and experience needed to assess, iterate, and scale for program impact.

“This program (an eight campus business accelerator program) helped provide a direct portal to real-world start-up activities, as well as business planning, budgeting, patenting and more.”
— Peter Quigley, Associate VP, University of Hawaii Community Colleges
“...we have already started to see the positive impacts this program (an energy use behavoir program that trained 75% of Hawaii's National Guard) has had in its very unique way of attacking energy reduction. We have only completed the first of five sessions at our Diamond Head facilities and are estimating savings of more than $35,000 in the first twelve months at just one base...we feel fortunate to be a part of this program and are confident that it will help us succeed in our energy reduction goal of 25%.”
— Neal S. Mitsuyoshi, P.E. Lieutenant Colonel, Chief Engineering Officer, Hawaii State Department of Defense
“After seeing how Kalani School found big savings through this training (program that trained twenty campuses to energy, water, and waste audit their schools), we’re excited to empower all of Hawaii’s students to reduce the State’s second largest energy bill!”
— Randy Moore, Department of Education Assistant Superintendent
